BJP wants Vande Mataram compulsory, but its own minister can't sing even a line

Indiatoday reports:
During India Today's show Newsroom with Rahul Kanwal, UP's MoS Minority Welfare, Baldev Singh Aulakh, was left red faced after he failed to sing even a line of Vande Mataram. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) recently made singing of the national song - Vande Mataram - compulsory in all civic schools in Mumbai. Supporting the move, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) went a step ahead suggesting singing of Vande Mataram be made mandatory in schools across Maharashtra.
